At This Individualized Assessment You Can Expect To:
Give us a 5 minute history of what's going on! We'll learn about the pain or mobility restriction you've been having. Then we'll ask you questions so we can learn more about your issue.
Next, we'll perform a running analysis, break down your running form and give you feedback on your technique and how you can improe your running.
Lastly, we'll discuss a plan going forward to help resolve your pain with running for good.

Steve graduated from Salve Regina University in 2008 with a degree in Business management and worked in the Finance Industry for 10 years before deciding to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy.
He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University while working as a graduate assistant in his 2nd year.
Steve has worked in outpatient physical therapy with experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and has specialized in strength and conditioning for the rehabilitating athlete and treating shoulder pain for throwing athletes.
He loves to work with runners and individuals of all ages and abilities. His goal is to inspire others to live a more active lifestyle and understand how exercise can lead to a pain free life.
Fun fact: Steve grew up in Phoenix Arizona where he loved participating in several sports, but primarily baseball which led to a successful college career at Salve Regina. This led to his passion for working with throwing athletes of all ages.
Steve has also competed in several obstacle course races which include the North American Championships. When he’s not working in the clinic, he is a trainer teaching High Intensity style workouts and has a passion for staying active using CrossFit style, strength training and running.
When not in the gym Steve loves hanging out with his wife, Sarah, being outdoors with their rescue pup Maverick and playing softball.
Stevie is a NH native. She grew up in Hopkinton and continued to stay local for college, attending New England College in Henniker.
Stevie then went on to achieve her Doctor of Physical Therapy through Franklin Pierce University, graduating in 2013. Stevie has 11 years experience working in outpatient physical therapy. She is passionate about her profession and loves empowering people to take control of their health by giving them the tools and knowledge they need to enjoy a healthy and active life.
She specializes in dry needling techniques, spinal manipulation and many other hands on treatments to help patients achieve their goals.
Stevie has earned certifications for Dry Needling One and Two through the spinal manipulation institute as well as other dry needling courses through Integrative Dry needling. Stevie most recently became a certified musculoskeletal ultrasound practitioner. She also has taken numerous spinal and extremity manipulation certifications as well as vestibular rehab.
Stevie has always lived an active lifestyle and truly believes in practicing what she preaches.
She was an avid horseback rider starting at the age of 2 years old and ended up traveling around the country competing at horse shows.
Stevie also played varsity soccer in high school and moved on to play all four years of her college career.
After graduating college, she missed the competitive atmosphere and started competing in powerlifting for a few years and continued playing coed indoor soccer.
Stevie has now fallen in love with Crossfit, which is where you can find her most of the time outside of work hours.
Stevie loves Crossfit so much she earned her Crossfit Level-1 coaching title and coaches at White Mountain Crossfit in Concord.
Outside of work and spending most of her time at the Crossfit gym, Stevie’s world revolves around her daughter and husband. In the winter, they ski every weekend and in the summer they spend most weekends on the water enjoying the sunshine.
Danielle is a licensed physical therapist, and the founder of Revitalized Performance physical therapy. Originally from New Jersey, she moved to New Hampshire with her now husband in 2012 where she spent her time learning and growing as a physical therapist. Danielle has 11 years of experience in orthopedic, post-operative and sports-related rehabilitation. She brings additional perspective as an weightlifter and spent the last 7 years specializing in the spine and receiving her MDT (Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy) Certification through the Mckenzie Institute.
Danielle lives to help others reach their physical goals so they can continue to execise and move painfree. Specifically, she utilizes manual therapy, functional dry needling, and emphasizes the use of exercise to allow patients to get back to the activities they are passionate about!
Outside of the clinic, you can catch Danielle working out at CrossFit or spending time with her husband Zack, 3 year old son Gio and newborn Nico.
